Who We Are
Banga Bandhu Jan Kalayan Samaj Seva Samiti (BBJKSSS) is a registered non-governmental organization (NGO) founded in 2014, with a vision of transforming the lives of underprivileged communities in the Kanker District of Chhattisgarh. Our journey began with a group of passionate young social workers and volunteers, united by a common goal—to uplift the vulnerable and marginalized sections of society through holistic development initiatives. Since our inception, we have remained committed to addressing the social, educational, healthcare, and environmental challenges that persist in rural and tribal regions.
Our organization is built on the principle of empowering individuals and communities to become self-reliant. We believe that sustainable development is possible when people are equipped with the right knowledge, skills, and resources. Guided by this belief, we work closely with local communities to design and implement programs that promote education, healthcare, vocational training, women empowerment, environmental conservation, and more.

Our Mission

What We Do

Education & Skill Development
We run various educational programs aimed at children and youth from marginalized communities. From providing school supplies to offering vocational training in stitching, tailoring, computer literacy, and beautician courses, we equip individuals with the tools to improve their future prospects.
Healthcare Initiatives
Health is a basic right, yet many rural communities lack access to essential healthcare services. We organize health camps, distribute free medicines, conduct malaria testing, and provide health training for local volunteers and health workers to address these gaps.
Women Empowerment:
Women are at the heart of our community development efforts. We provide women with skill training in stitching, tailoring, and beautician courses, helping them achieve financial independence and contribute to their families’ income.
Support for the Underprivileged

Our History and Achievements
Since our formation, Banga Bandhu Jan Kalayan Samaj Seva Samiti has made significant strides in improving the quality of life in Kanker and nearby regions. Some of our key achievements include
Organizing multiple health camps
that have reached hundreds of people in remote villages, providing them with free medical check-ups, treatment, and essential medicines
Training over 100 youths and women
in vocational skills such as stitching, beautician services, and computer literacy, helping them become self-reliant and financially independent.
Conducting malaria awareness and blood test programs
in forested areas, helping to reduce the incidence of the disease in vulnerable populations.
Planting thousands of trees
to contribute to environmental conservation efforts and raise awareness about sustainable living.
Supporting children’s education
through the distribution of educational materials and supplies to those from underprivileged backgrounds.
